WHAT DO GINEBRA FANS WANT ?

Fans of Ginebra are apprehensive over the fate of some of their favorite players. There are talks that even Ginebra's star players will be traded to other teams. It is interesting to know what the fans themselves think of the impending line-up changes. I hope that fans of Ginebra post their comments in this blog. I promise to send their comments to the coaching staff to give management several things to think about.

I had a great time watching pba games. I will always be a ginebra fan and forever MARK CAGUIOA fan. but since mawawala siya(if ever). I would rather choose not to watch PBA games than to cheer for other team dahil nandun c CAGUIOA. OO im a player fan not a team fan , inaamin ko kasi c MArk ang reason bakit minahal ko ang ginebra. Eh since mawala na siya wala na ko reason para manuod pa. di ko kayang icheer ang ginebra over CAGUIOA and di ko rin kaya icheer c MARK over Ginebra.

and sana coaching staff and management. Sana if you would consider our feelings sana wag nio na lang poh itrade sila Caguioa, jay2, Menk and Tubid. And me as a fan nakikita ko poh sknya every game kng ganun siya kawilling and ganun siya ka.eager to win every game.

  4. This is very simple, really. Releasing Fast and the Furious is just as good as releasing a major chunk of Ginebra fans. If the management wants change, all they have to do is shuffle, shuffle the coaching staff and leave the players intact. I know only a few realize this, but if you ask me, Ginebra's lineup last conference is the deadliest among the PBA teams. Yes, even deadlier than SMB and TNT. Look, you have 3 MVPs in one team, and add to that the many-times-almost-an-MVP-awardee Mark Caguioa, rising superstar JC Intal, and the other bunch of players who, we could definitely conclude, have made their own names in the league. And yet they ended up succumbing to Alaska in the QF. So for the management, I hope you do realize that quality players + bad coaching staff = fail. And about the allegations that Ginebra was undersized against Alaska, you might want to rethink about that. The team's frontline is spearheaded by 6'6 Menk, 6'5 Villanueva, 6'3 Hatfield, and 6'9 Yancy de Ocampo. And counting reserves Wilson and Ferriols, you could call that lineup anything but small and undersized. In fact, Alaska and BGK's bigs are quite evenly matched. You couldn't ask for more with the players, but you have to ask for a lot more as far as coaching is concerned.
