If PVF is efficient as what they project in social media, why are we not competing in the SEAG for the past 10 years ? - POC 1st Vice-President Joey Romasanta
The statement above clearly reveals that POC 1st Vice-President Joey Romasanta does not know anything about Philippine volleyball. To set the record straight, the Philippine Volleyball Federation had teams in 2007 for the SEAG. But the POC-PSC task force denied the teams' participation. In 2009, PVF again had teams available for the SEAG. In fact, the Philippines even hosted the biggest volleyball event in Asia for men. But POC and PSC once again refused to send the teams. The same thing happened in 2011 and 2013.
So to say that PVF did not have teams available for the SEAG is a blatant lie. For such a lie to come out of the mouth of a high-ranking sports official is simply disturbing and unforgivable.
Is Romasanta then the person who deserves to lead Philippine volleyball ?
