The transcript above clearly shows no less than Philippine Sports Commission Chairman Richie Garcia admitting to the fact that both PVF and LVPI are not recognized by the Philippine Olympic Committee. The statements of Mr. Garcia clearly proves that POC lied to AVC and FIVB when it told the two volleyball governing bodies that LVPI is the POC-recognized NSA for Philippine volleyball. And how is it then that LVPI got "recognitions" from FIVB and AVC when it is not POC-recognized ?
Clearly, POC and LVPI connived to fool AVC, FIVB and the Filipino people to abolish PVF and put LVPI in place.
