With the support of PLDT Home Fibr, the team is expected to put the Philippines back on the map as far as volleyball is concerned.
But what will ultimately spell the success or failure of the team are the men behind it. Coach Ramil de Jesus must be diligent enough to do his homework and adopt a playing style best suited for his players. PVF President Karl Chan and PVF Secretary-General Otie Camangian must strictly implement their program specially designed for the 2015 Southeast Asian Games. It is up to these men to maximize the talent and skill of each member of the squad to realize the team's full potential.
On paper, the team certainly looks promising. A bronze medal in the 2015 SEA Games certainly appear within reach.
